Complètement, je ne comprends pas non plus....
Oui incompréhensible. Dlp a des oursins pour illuminer certaines choses . Les lucioles dorées autour du hub du château ,sur les arbres de MS, sur la place du gazebo seraient magnifiques et pas ruineux. Mais non ils ont opté pour des lucioles en fin de vie sur quelques arbres de Fantasy Garden ,enfin ce qu'il en reste .
Il semblerait qu'en raison de la 4ème vague Covid, Hong Kong Disneyland fermerait à nouveau le 2 décembre. Les bars, karaoké sont fermés depuis 1 semaine, les cours en présentiels sont interrompus.

Plusieurs médias locaux rapportent effectivement la décision du gouvernement législatif de Hong Kong de fermer à nouveau les lieux de divertissement dont les salles de jeux de mah-jong, les bars à karaoké mais aussi les piscines, les écoles de danse et de musique etc...
Les parcs d'amusements et d'attractions font partie des lieux potentiels de propagation du virus, ce qui devrait signifier la fermeture de Ocean Park Hong Kong et Hong Kong Disneyland Resort à la même date soit le mercredi 2 décembre pour une durée de minimum deux semaines.
Les écoles maternelles, primaires et secondaires ont déjà commencé à fermer hier suite à des cas multiples d'infection au COVID-19. Elles ne rouvriront plus cette année.
Le territoire de Hong Kong n'avait plus connus autant de cas positifs quotidiens depuis le mois d'août alors frappé par la troisième vague de la pandémie.
L'alerte est partie de foyers confirmés dans trois restaurants différents, suivi d'une propagation favorisée dans divers lieux de rassemblements. Tous les établissements horeca ont suspendu leurs activités hier.
La population potentiellement entrée en contact avec le virus est priée de s'isoler et a l'obligation de se faire tester au risque d'encourir de lourdes amendes (elle passerait de 2.000 à 25.000 dollars de Hong Kong càd de +/- 250 à 3.125 dollars US) et six mois d'emprisonnement ferme.
Cela concerne le personnel et les clients de restaurants, d'écoles de langues, de salles de danse (une salle a été identifiée à l'origine de la contamination de 62 personnes), d'écoles de musique, de maisons de soins etc...
177.000 employés de la fonction publique vont se voir imposer d'ici 48 heures un retour au travail à domicile (home working) car la quatrième vague de la pandémie s'annonce plus sévère que la précédente. Les autorités espèrent que les mesures prises suffiront pour limiter la circulation du virus et donc le nombre de personnes infectées.

La fermeture vient d'être confirmé sur le site de Hong-Kong Disneyland. Du coup, ils ferment à partir de demain (du 1er) car ils sont fermés tous les mardis et jeudis (sauf jours fériés) depuis leur réouverture.

Coronavirus: Hong Kong prévoit d'assouplir les restrictions sanitaires
HONG KONG (Reuters) - Hong Kong va assouplir à partir du 18 février ses restrictions visant à limiter la propagation du coronavirus, en autorisant la réouverture des installations sportives et des lieux culturels et en étendant les heures d'ouverture des restaurants, alors que la ville enregistre une baisse constante du nombre de contaminations journalières au COVID-19.
Les entreprises du secteur de la restauration pourront servir jusqu'à 22 heures, soit quatre heures de plus qu'actuellement, a déclaré mercredi la secrétaire d'État à la Santé, Sophia Chan.
Les salons de beauté, les parcs à thème, les cinémas et les salles de sport seront autorisés à reprendre leurs activités sous certaines conditions.
"Nous faisons montre d'un optimisme prudent face à la pandémie", a commenté la secrétaire d'État à la Santé hongkongaise lors d'une conférence de presse. (...)
Il y a des conditions très précises pour une éventuelle reprise des activités à Hong Kong, la première étant que les contaminations ne repartent pas à la hausse d'ici le 18 février, ensuite les entreprises commerciales auront des obligations à respecter et des responsabilités vis à vis des autorités mais aussi pour leur personnel et leurs clients.

Residents can expect to gradually return to normal life after holiday, health authorities say, as they reveal 17 new infections, the fewest in months
Restaurants can offer dine-in service until 10pm, while closed venues can reopen February 18 if situation does not worsen; but customers must use government app
Restaurants can offer dine-in service later into the night with four people allowed per table, while gyms, cinemas and other premises can reopen after the Lunar New Year if the coronavirus situation in Hong Kong remains stable, health authorities have revealed.
But they warned that operators would have to follow new measures to prevent the spread of the disease, including regularly testing employees and requiring patrons to scan the government’s Covid-19 risk exposure app or leave their personal details — a rule industry heads feared could spark arguments with customers who refused to comply.
The easing of social-distancing rules was possible due to the success in minimising infections, officials said, as they confirmed just 17 new cases on Wednesday, the fewest since November 19 when 12 were reported. But a leading health expert cautioned the trend was not changing enough to warrant the relaxations and the caseload could rebound after the festivities.
In unveiling the proposed changes, Secretary for Food and Health Professor Sophia Chan Siu-chee was cautiously optimistic the city could turn a corner in the fight against the health crisis.
“If all Hong Kong residents can strictly follow social-distancing measures and practise good hygiene, we hope that we can gradually resume normal lives after the Lunar New Year holiday based on the current pandemic situation,” she said.
Restaurants would be allowed to offer dine-in service until 10pm, compared to the current cut-off time of 6pm, and the number of guests per table would be raised from two to four. Businesses that were forced to close months ago – gyms, sport venues, theme parks, cinemas, and beauty and massage parlours – would be allowed to reopen on February 18.
The limit on social gatherings could be doubled from two to four people, although this step must be approved by the city leader’s de facto cabinet, the Executive Council.
But if social distancing is to be relaxed, two conditions must be met, according to Chan.
“First, the pandemic situation does not change significantly from now to February 18,” she said. “Apart from complying with the previous measures … operators must act in accordance with at least two more new anti-epidemic measures.”
Operators will be required to screen all staff for Covid-19 every two weeks and they can go to community testing centres, with no charge for the first three months. Free specimen collection packages will also be available at designated clinics, post offices and MTR stations.
Additionally, operators must ensure patrons scan a posted QR code for the government’s “Leave Home Safe” app or give their personal information if any follow-up inquiries are needed.
Some industries must also implement extra measures. Eateries, for example, will need to install extra ventilation to offer the longer service hours.
Failure to comply could lead to a suspension of business for between three and 14 days, on top of existing penalties. Restaurants would lose the extended hours privilege.
Chan noted the number of daily infections and untraceable cases had dropped after authorities stepped up mandatory testing. The city has pushed down the seven-day rolling average of daily infections from a peak of 75 in late January to 26 over the past week.
All the latest cases were local transmissions, with four of them untraceable. Fewer than 20 people also tested preliminary-positive. The city’s tally of confirmed infections stands at 10,710, with 189 related deaths after an 88-year-old woman with chronic illness succumbed to the disease in the morning.
Chan reiterated the government’s hope that no more lockdowns would be needed until at least after the holiday. Testing of nearly 25,000 residents in about 200 buildings had uncovered 20 infections, resulting in a positive rate of 0.08 per cent, she said.
Defending the scheme’s effectiveness, Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui Ying-wai insisted even a single infection in the community was too many. When asked whether the government had any criteria to identify an unsuccessful lockdown, he said he could not understand how failure would be defined.
“When residents are too politicised and place their political demands on anti-epidemic works, this is what is disturbing residents,” he said.
But respiratory medicine specialist Dr Leung Chi-chiu expressed reservations about the plans to relax social-distancing rules, arguing the pandemic had not yet eased enough. He warned that with more gatherings and fewer virus tests carried out over the Lunar New Year holiday, infections could surge again.
“The number of cases recently has been on a horizontal trend,” Leung said. “Given that the existing measures have not been able to ensure the number of infections on a continuously downward trend, once the rules are relaxed, a rebound is possible because of higher risks of transmission.”
Even the two new rules on regular testing of staff and tracking patrons would “not be very effective” in controlling the spread, given the delay in cutting transmission chains should a visitor be found to have the virus, he said.
Industry reaction to the proposed changes was mixed. Simon Wong Ka-wo, president of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades, predicted the policy relaxation could help boost eateries’ revenue by 30 to 40 per cent.
But Wong said asking customers to use the QR code or leave contact details could result in disputes between diners and employees, adding it was unfair to ask restaurants to shoulder the responsibility of ensuring people followed the rule.
“We are not a law enforcement body,” he said. “We are just providing services. If some customers are not willing to use the app or give us the information, then we can only seek police’s help.”
Ray Or Chuen-ting, convenor of the Fitness and Combat Sports Alliance, which represents more than 200 gym operators, was doubtful the reopenings would have much of an impact on revenue.
Customers were still using their old membership packages after multiple rounds of business suspension, while some had even dropped out, he said.
But Or noted gym centres could easily record customers’ contact details during each visit given the information was already in the system computers.
Meanwhile, residents living on the 14th floor of Oi Wo House at Tai Wo Estate in Tai Po were ordered to evacuate after five infections were recorded in the building, including three of the cases reported on Wednesday. Three of the flats were located on the floor and health authorities feared the virus could be transmitting horizontally.

Le gouvernement de Hong Kong requiert l'utilisation de l'application LeaveHomeSafe à travers l'ensemble du territoire comme condition de redémarrage des activités économiques (par exemple pour pouvoir accéder à un restaurant etc...).
Cette mesure couvre déjà plus de 70.000 lieux publics et privés dont Hong Kong Disneyland, chaque visiteur se voit ainsi inviter à télécharger l'application et à l'utiliser lors de la réservation de la visite du parc et à signaler sa présence à l'entrée du parc le jour de sa visite.
Il suffit d'activer l'application en scannant le QR à l'entrée et de désactiver l'application en quittant le parc.
En cas de refus, il est obligatoire de communiquer son nom et son numéro de téléphone portable au cours du processus de réservation et ensuite de s'enregistrer avant d'entrer dans le parc (ou tout autre lieu) pour garantir la traçabilité de chaque visiteur et pouvoir l'informer le cas échéant si il a croisé une personne positive afin de se mettre immédiatement en quarantaine sous peine de lourdes amendes (25.000 dollars HK et jusqu'à six mois d'emprisonnement).
La visite du parc doit être réservée à l'avance et chaque visiteur doit également remplir une déclaration de santé lors de la réservation.
Le port du masque facial est bien entendu obligatoire à tout moment avec l'exception de la consommation d'une boisson ou d'un repas dans un des endroits dédiés à cet usage.
Un contrôle de la température corporelle sera effectuée à l'entrée, les visiteurs présentant une température de 37,5° et supérieure se verra refuser l'entrée.
Les cast members seront testés tous les 14 jours conformément aux nouvelles directives du gouvernement.

A range of enhanced new measures will be implemented, including mandatory COVID-19 testing for cast members involved in operation once every 14 days.

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort will arrange mandatory COVID-19 testing for cast members involved in operation once every 14 days as required by the latest health and safety regulations. The new safety measure represents an additional step to promote the health and safety of all guests and cast members.
Enhanced park visit reservation process with added “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code locations
As required by the latest health and safety regulations, park visitors are required to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or register their names, contact numbers, and date and time of visit before entering the premises. All visiting guests will be required to provide their names and contact numbers on the Hong Kong Disneyland Park Reservation website when reserving their visit date with valid tickets or membership cards prior to arrival. Additionally, “LeaveHomeSafe” QR codes will be displayed across the resort, such as the entrance of the park, restaurants and hotel recreation facilities.
Reservations for all guests will begin from 10 a.m. on February 18. Guests are also required to make a health declaration as part of their reservation process.
Health and safety measures remain a priority
The resort will continue with its health and safety measures including temperature screening, the wearing of face masks, social distancing, and increased cleaning and sanitization in accordance with the latest regulations and guidance from the government and health authorities .
Similar to park operations prior to the recent closure, a five-day per week operation will remain in place, with the park closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays (except public holidays and special days designated by the resort from time to time) until further notice. Additionally, the park will control capacity as required by the government regulations. Park operations and processes for both guests and cast members will continue to be reviewed on an ongoing basis and adjusted as necessary to take into account the latest government regulations.
Castle of Magical Dreams invites guests to reunite for “Double Celebration”
A special “Double Celebration” ticket offer is available for Hong Kong residents to visit the park twice for HK$688. Guests are invited to visit the Castle of Magical Dreams, the re-imagined centrepiece of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, which shines as a beacon of courage, hope and possibility, and to attend the special celebration of the resort’s 15th anniversary. General guests may make a reservation from seven days prior to arrival. Magic Access members may reserve from eight to nine days, subject to different membership tiers, prior to arrival.
Under the shine of the castle, Disney friends and cast members look forward to welcoming guests once again to enjoy the magic of the park !

Hong Kong Disneyland asks for guests’ kind understanding and compliance with the following requirements when the park reopens. Guests must:
1. Purchase their tickets in advance and reserve a visit up to seven days in advance of their visit online, via the Hong Kong Disneyland reservation website. Magic Access members must also make a reservation prior to visiting, but can enjoy the benefit of reserving eight to nine days, subject to different membership tiers, in advance.
2. Make a health declaration and provide their name and contact number as part of the Hong Kong Disneyland park reservation process.
3. Undergo temperature screening procedures upon arrival. Guests with a temperature of 37.5 °C or above cannot be admitted.
4. Wear a mask at all times during their visit, except when enjoying food and beverage at catering premises. These measures will continue to be reviewed as the situation evolves and will be adjusted as necessary.
5. As required by the government and health authorities, park visitors are required to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or register their names and contact numbers before entering the premises.
