Anna et Elsa arriveront en fin d'année à Hong Kong Disneyland où elles rencontront pour la première fois leurs fans. Leur arrivée sera accompagnée de nouveaux produits spécifiques dans les boutiques ainsi que dans les restaurants du parc.
Ce ne sera pas la seule nouveauté cet hiver puisque Shellie May rejoindra Duffy dans le parc chinois. Du nouveau merchandising ''Duffy & Shellie May'' sera introduit à l'occasion de la saison de Noël et complétera l'actuel merchandising Duffy.
Depuis ce dimanche, la boutique Bibbidi Bobbidi située dans le Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel propose également aux plus petites un relooking en "Queen Elsa" et "Princess Anna" de Frozen (La Reine des Neiges).

Pop-up shows wow visitors at Disneyland
Spontaneous performances at theme park surprise and thrill audiences.
Hong Kong Disneyland may have big shows such as Festival of the Lion King and The Golden Mickeys to pull in the crowds, but what surprise visitors the most, according to the park's entertainment chief, are often smaller, spontaneous performances that they stumble across when going from one major attraction to another.
"Some of our theatre is in the times guide and you know that the Lion King will be showing at 2pm, but then a lot of the stuff we create is meant to be surprising. The guests would be walking around the park and suddenly there'll be a song and dance thing going on or there'll be a presentation," says David Lightbody, director of entertainment and costuming at Hong Kong Disneyland since January 2013.
"They haven't necessarily travelled to that place to watch that show but they find themselves there, and it surprises them and they will stand and become the audience."
Small ad hoc acts are probably the last thing you would associate with the 41-year-old; everything on his résumé reads big. He founded the Stray Theatre Company in 1995 under the patronage of Cameron Mackintosh (the producer behind Cats, The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables, among others), producing classic plays in Ireland and Scotland.
In 2005 he joined Mackintosh's company as general manager in charge of its operations on the mainland.
Four years later Lightbody set up his own company to produce the Chinese version of hit musical Mamma Mia!, which opened in 2011 and has since being performed in 20 cities across the mainland.
He will be introducing two new features at Hong Kong Disneyland scheduled to launch in October: a nighttime electric parade called Disney Paint the Night, and a show set in the Amazon to open around Halloween, Horrors of the Amazon.
But size isn't everything and what the commercial theatre veteran wants to do now is bring more spontaneous street performances to the park. He remembers a quote from Walt Disney about Disneyland being a stage. Lightbody takes that quite literally. He describes what he does as "guerilla theatre", or just a very sophisticated form of busking.
If someone's really good, the pedestrians will automatically turn themselves into an audience member, and they'll turn and create a little semicircle around the busker - create that stage and become an audience for them."
Today he still finds himself walking around the park scouting for potential places for new "guerilla productions": "I quite like discovering little corners of the park where you might be able to bring something to life," he says.
"There are a lot of corners, nooks and crannies and I like the idea that characters emerge out of bushes."
Another important part of his job is to hone small details in big productions. While the days when he hung all the lights, checked all the costumes and sounds, and reviewed almost everything himself - as he did in his first Macbeth production - are over, Lightbody continues to cast his keen eye over all the details that go into a show - all the way down to fibre-optic eyelashes in the new electric parade, for instance.
Over the past year he has also tweaked existing shows in small but noticeable ways. For example, in The Golden Mickeys, a production meant to parody award ceremonies such as the Golden Globes or the Oscars, Belle from Beauty and the Beast used to sing her number from behind a gauze.
"I just wanted to bring her right out front and get the audience to really see her and really engage with that song," Lightbody says. "What happens with Belle coming downstage is that we can really bring her much closer to the audience and that they can see her face, her eyes and hear her sing, in a much more immediate, intimate way, which is a fundamental part of musical theatre."
It took a lot of planning with the costume designers, lighting designers and stage crew to pull the idea off - and they did.
"Entertainment is wonderful shows, but it doesn't have to be huge to be incredibly exciting," Lightbody says.
Going back to the quote from Disney about the whole park being a stage, he adds: "My whole career, in many ways, has been about creating theatre in all sorts of different places, sometimes in very unusual places, so it made sense to me that if this whole place is a stage, then the opportunities to tell stories are endless."
Les billets pour les soirées Disney' Haunted Halloween sont mis en vente aujourd'hui. Le prix est de 340 dollars (HKD) par personne.
A l'occasion de ces soirées spéciales, le parc restera ouvert jusqu'à 23h00 les vendredi, samedi et dimanche du 3 au 31 octobre 2014 (ainsi que le jeudi 2 octobre 2014, date de la Première), les soirées débutant à 19h00.

Le nouvel ambassadeur du resort chinois sera connu le mardi 23 septembre prochain.
Le nouvel Ambassadeur Hong Kong Disneyland Resort pour les deux prochaines années est connu, il s'agit de Sara Hui. Elle succède ainsi à Angela To Who (2005/2006), Jasmine Law (2007/2008), Law Chi Ho (2009/2010), Fion Lai (2011/2012) et Arthur Lau (2013/2014).

Après avoir développé ces trois dernières années des actions "marketing" en Inde, à Taiwan, en Thaïlande et en Indonésie, Hong Kong Disneyland attaque trois marchés supplémentaires dans le Sud-Est asiatique avec de nouvelles actions ciblées : Singapour, la Malaisie et les Philippines.
Contrairement aux visiteurs chinois qui viennent passer une journée dans le parc (voir deux jours/une nuit), les visiteurs étrangers (qui comptent maintenant pour 20 % de la clientèle) préfèrent passer plusieurs nuits avec généralement deux journées dans le parc.
Pour satisfaire sa clientèle en provenace du Sud-Est asiatique, le resort a créé un billet deux jours valable sur une période de sept jours.
Le resort a également développé un partenariat avec différentes compagnies aériennes régionales. Des offres spéciales ont étés créées et sont disponibles sur présentation de la carte d'embarquement Tigerair, AirAsia et Cebu Pacific.
Pour sa clientèle musulmane (en provenance d'Indonésie ou de Malaisie par exemple), le resort a introduit une série de services attractifs tels que des restaurants offrant de la nourriture "halal", des lieux de prière ainsi que des pièces vestimentaires spécifiques pouvant être portées sur certaines attractions par les visiteuses musulmanes...
On parlait depuis quelques temps, c'est maintenant confirmé : Hong Kong Disneyland vient d'annoncer une augmentation du prix de ses billets d'entrée.
Hong Kong Disneyland announces new pricing for admission and special offers
HONG KONG (Nov 10, 2014) —Hong Kong Disneyland today announces the resort’s new admission ticket prices and special offers.
The new price for a 1-Day Ticket for General Admission (ages 12–64) is HK$499 and for a Child (ages 3–11) is HK$355. A 2-Day Ticket for General Admission and Child is priced at HK$680 and HK$480, respectively. For Magic Access, the new price of Silver Magic Access for Adult is HK$988, Gold Magic Access is HK$2,188, and Platinum Magic Access HK$2,888. The new prices will take effect on Nov 11, 2014.
Pricing for Seniors (ages 65 or above) for all types of admission tickets and Magic Access will remain unchanged.
The resort also announces a range of special offers along with the pricing adjustments. They include:
1. For Hong Kong residents, current prices for 1-Day Tickets, 2-Day Tickets and new Magic Access memberships remain unchanged for two months, until Jan 10, 2015*;
2. For existing Magic Access Members, current prices for renewal of membership remain unchanged for the next 12 months, until Nov 10, 2015;
3. For travel agents and wholesalers, current prices for 1-Day and 2-Day Tickets remain unchanged for two months, until Jan 10, 2015.
A Hong Kong Disneyland spokesperson said, “We evaluate and adjust our pricing based on a variety of factors including the value of the resort’s attractions and entertainment offerings and future development needs. We are committed to investing in the resort by bringing new experiences to our guests, ensuring that a ticket to Hong Kong Disneyland continues to represent an excellent value.
"The accompanying offers, particularly Magic Access, demonstrate the resort’s commitment to building long-term relationships with guests in the Hong Kong community.”
Separately, as a responsible corporate citizen, the resort will continue to sponsor park tickets for people in need through the resort’s Community Involvement Program.
Hong Kong Disneyland is committed to continuously enriching its attractions and entertainment offerings. Following the opening of the three new themed areas in 2012-13, the resort just launched the brand new “Disney Paint the Night” parade in October. In late 2015, the resort is set to launch a number of special events to celebrate its 10th anniversary. New initiatives will also be rolled out including the launch of a new attraction, the “Iron Man Experience” in 2016 and the opening of the third hotel in 2017.
*Note: The current price for a 1-Day Ticket for General Admission is HK$450, while a Child Ticket is HK$320 and a Senior Ticket is HK$100.
Hong Kong Disneyland a officiellement accueilli un nouveau personnage : depuis le semaine dernière, Shellie May a intégré le parc et du marchandising à son effigie est désormais disponible dans les boutiques du parc.
Avec le lancement de la saison d'hiver, Hong Kong Disneyland a inauguré un nouveau point photo extérieur avec Olaf où, à certains moments de la journée, il est également possible de rencontrer Anna et Elsa.

Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant connaîtra une réhabilitation au premier semestre de l'année prochaine. Celle-ci débutera le 5 janvier 2015 et durera près de cinq mois (fin estimée : 30 mai 2015). Un rafraichissement de la façade en vue du dixième anniversaire du parc !
