La biographie de Walt Disney écrite par Bob Thomas aura droit à une édition commémorative à l'occasion du centième anniversaire de The Walt Disney Company, sortie prévue début mars 2023.  

L'édition originale de cette biographie a été publiée en 1976 par Simon & Schuster et rééditée par Disney Editions en 1994 (toujours disponible à l'achat par ailleurs), l'édition commémorative à venir a été enrichie pour l'occasion.

En 1966, l'auteur avait déjà rédigé une première biographie de Walt Disney intitulée Magician of the Movies : The Life of Walt Disney, il s'agit de deux livres différents. L'éditeur original était Grosset & Dunlap mais l'ouvrage est toujours disponible aujourd'hui auprès de l'éditeur Theme Park Press qui l'a réédité en 2016.

C'est parce qu'il a déjà été reporté trois fois depuis qu'il a été annoncé

(j'avais annoncé en janvier... 2016 que l'auteur travaillait dessus depuis plusieurs mois et envisageait une sortie à l'automne 2016) 

Enfin, quatre fois car il est maintenant attendu pour la fin octobre 2022

Nouveau report, le livre est maintenant annoncé pour 2023 et sera publié dans le cadre du centième anniversaire de The Walt Disney Company...
