World of Frozen [Hong Kong Disneyland - 2023]

Oui c'est magnifique et l'ajout du petit coaster thématisé jusqu'au rails en bois et son décors autours ,la cascade ,les grottes rende l'endroit magnifique et du mouvement avec le passage des wagons niveau décors c'est un plus .

@Malefique94 : cette même agence de voyage a l'air de proposer un accès à Frozen le 17-18-19 dans le cadre d'une offre.

A voir si il y a moyen de demander directement au parc. Si tu fais 16 - 17, j'image qu'il y a 1 nuit à l'hôtel ? Tu peux essayer de les contacter.

Cette agence/organisateur de voyages japonais a négocié cette prestation pour ses clients (limité à trois cents clients répartis sur trois jours : 17, 18  et 19 novembre 2023) :

En complément de l'accès anticipé à World of Frozen, il y a aussi un accès Disney Premier pour une rencontre avec Duffy et ses Amis (Duffy and Friends Playhouse sur Main Street U.S.A.) inclus dans le forfait pour ces trois cents clients.

Finalement, ne pouvant prendre le risque de louper Frozen, nous avons décalé notre séjour avec mon amie (on s'en sort plutôt bien, seulement 70€ supplémentaires chacune pour tous les changements cumulés).
Nous irons donc découvrir ce parc les 22 et 23 novembre

A partir du 21 novembre, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort commence à commercialiser des laissez-passer d'entrée anticipée au parc qui permettent une entrée unique au parc jusqu'à 1 heure avant l'heure d'ouverture officielle du parc pour la date de validité du pass (soumis à disponibilité et à quota)

Early Park Entry Pass est vendu 199 HK$ par personne par jour en complément du billet d'entrée au parc.

Cinq attractions seront accessibles durant cette plage horaire : Frozen Ever After et Wandering Oaken's Sliding Sleigh à World of Frozen, Cinderella Carousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant et Many Adventures of Winnies the Pooh à Fantasyland.

Ainsi que plusieurs points de restauration et boutiques situées à Main Street U.S.A., Fantasyland et World of Frozen (Tick Tock Toys & Collectibles, Traveling Traders, Forest Fare et Northern Delights)

Je suis pas loin de penser que le coaster est - sur le plan esthétique - l'un des plus beaux existants, totalement en harmonie avec l'ensemble. En pleine montagne, tournant autour, avec la cascade. Littéralement un coaster de concept art. Le sentiment que tout a été créé pour que chaque point de vue depuis ce coaster sublime l'autre côté de la rive. C'est 100% ce que j'attends niveau ambiance donc ça aide pour les superlatifs.





Visuellement, tout ce que je vois est merveilleux. Le rendu des montagnes est incroyable. Roche, herbe, neige, ça fonctionne. Chapeau à celles et ceux qui ont bossé là dessus.

Summer Snow Day commemorates the day that Anna saved Elsa and the kingdom with an act of true love. Guests are invited to visit this whimsical realm and rejoice in the lively festivities!

World of Frozen puts a number of iconic scenes in the “Frozen” movies to life. Some of its signature spots include the North Mountain, with its peak as the highest point in Arendelle; the Ice Palace where Elsa unleashes her icy powers freely for the first time; Arendelle Castle, home of the royal family; the Bay of Arendelle, featuring the small fishing boat that Anna fell on when she met Prince Hans; Clock Tower where Anna danced with Prince Hans; and Friendship Fountain where Elsa uses her magical powers to freeze its water into beautiful snowflake ornamentations. Effectivement le coaster donne une pointe de regret pour nous. J'ai beau savoir qu'il est court, qu'il ne vaudrait pas l'attente, il est absolument sublime d'aspect extérieur et effectivement, je trouve que c'est l'une des meilleures intégration de coaster dans un décor que j'ai pu voir. Sublime ces photos.

C'est très beau et coloré. J'aime beaucoup cette présentation.

Et encore une nouvelle vidéo ! L'avantage est que ce sont des angles inédits. Et ça reste toujours aussi sublime.

Par contre ça c'est méga dommage si t'as ça devant toi et que tu as une corde ou une barrière qui t'empêche d'aller plus loin avec la porte qui reste désespérément fermée.

On continue avec des photos prises par ceux qui ont pu se balader dans la zone aujourd'hui ! Des photos plus naturelles, moins travaillées pour la promo.

Et bien je suis sur le cul. La vraie montagne derrière aurait pu minimiser le faux mais en réalité, ça crée un alignement parfait. Sur la première et dernière photo, la courbe de la vraie montagne s'accorde parfaitement avec le faux. Même la couleur de l'herbe est exactement la même que la végétation naturelle.










Et une vidéo de DLP Welcome ! Vraiment surpris de voir à quel point la zone autour du coaster est travaillée. Le chalet et un peu plus loin encore, Playhouse in the Woods, la maison de jeu d'Elsa et Anna. Ca prend tout son sens d'arriver par là en fait.

Il semblerait qu'on ne pourra de toute façon pas s'approcher du pont (et donc d'avoir ce genre de vue comme dans la vidéo promotionnelle), car on sera bloqué par des maisons.


Je sens que vais vraiment regretter cette petite zone ouverte sur le port (qui sera remplacée par une boutique dans la version de Paris), car j'adore la vue et l'ambiance qu'elle offre :

Les deux gros défauts de cette zone, c'est clairement ce château fake comme on le dit depuis le début qui va frustrer les gens de ne pas pouvoir y accéder. Et l'autre, on le savait aussi, c'est l'absence de perspective de face sur la montagne, qui apparaît tassée quasi partout.


par contre, leur mini-coaster rend bien comme décor (mais bon, je suis vraiment curieux de voir la durée du coaster) et surtout s'intègre bien aux montagnes naturelles qui surmplombent Hong Kong Disneyland. Pas sûr que ce décor assez petit aurait rendu aussi bien à Paris planté juste là sans les montagnes verdoyantes derrière (par contre, une version mine des nains point de vue taille, j'aurais signé des deux mains)

mais à Paris pourra se consoler avec la vue imprenable qu'on aura sur le land depuis le lac et l'allée végétale

PS : quand on voit ces vidéos, est-ce que vous pensez vraiment qu'ils vont encore attendre plus de deux mois avant d'ouvrir ?

Plusieurs points sur cela: tout d'abord, la date d'ouverture a été choisie pour la concordance avec les 10 ans de la sortie de Frozen afin de faire un gros coup de marketing, et novembre est une periode où l'affluence est tres basse d'habitude (post-halloween). Je suis persuadé qu'ils pourraient materiellement ouvrir plus tôt, et qu'ils ont meme ralentis les travaux sur la fin.

Parcontre, lors de cette presentation presse, les medias n'ont eu accès qu'aux exterieurs du land. Peut-être que les interieurs ne sont pas encore finis ? On a par exemple jamais eu aucune image (hors concept arts) de l'interieur de Playhouse in the woods, du restaurant, de la grande boutique ou de Northern Delights.

Avant l'ouverture au grand public, il est prevu d'avoir d'autres previews pour les cast members, les membres Magic Access, et puis des previews pour des touristes etrangers achetant des tickets speciaux à travers des tours operateurs locaux. Cela prend de la place dans le calendrier, et peut etre y aura t'il une longue periode de soft-openings, meme si j'en doute car ils ne vendraient pas de tickets additonels pour decouvrir le land en avance si c'etait le cas.

Enfin, Hong Kong Disneyland joue très très gros sur l'ouverture de ce nouveau land, et a besoin de le marketer à fond pour faire venir du monde. Ce projet leur a couté très cher (mais le resultat est là!) et surtout ils n'ont pas de projet d'envergure en travaux pour le futur (donc pas de grosse nouveauté dans les trois prochaines années qui arrivent), donc il n'ont pas le droit à l'erreur et il faut prendre le temps pour que les touristes potentiels entendent parler du land (d'où le fait que la presse ait été invité plus de deux mois avant l'ouverture. Les articles et videos tombent deja sur de nombreux medias locaux).

Enfin, il est important de preciser que bien que Hong Kong fasse son maximum pour rouvrir post-pandémie, le territoire a enormemement souffert au point de vue de sa reputation pour les touristes, qui lui preferent aujourd'hui d'autres endroits plus "tourist-friendly", mais aussi en terme d'offre de vol (les avions venant à HK sont moins nombreux et plus chers que pre-covid). Hong Kong Disneyland a egalement enormement souffert au niveau des chiffres ces dernieres années. Il faut que les touristes potentiels puissent preparer leur voyage en amont.

Et par ailleurs on ne peut que souhaiter succès à ce Land, le parc en a besoin.
Le cas inverse pourrait s'avérer catastrophique.. notamment sur les projets à venir donc on a aucune information pour le moment.
