J'ai tellement adoré ce parc en décembre dernier.
Et la concurrence avec Shangaï semble les booster encore plus.

Niveau saisons, animations, ils sont très forts et réactifs.

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“HKDL”) and Fuji Photo Products Co., Ltd (“Fujifilm”) have entered into a long-term alliance, making Fujifilm the resort’s official imaging sponsor.

As the official imaging sponsor, Fujifilm cameras and imaging equipment will capture special moments through Disney PhotoPass at Hong Kong Disneyland. The agreement also makes available HKDL-exclusive themed products developed by the brand.

“Hong Kong Disneyland and Fujifilm are dedicated to bringing magical moments to guests that will be cherished for the rest of their lives,” said Samuel Lau, executive vice-president and managing director at HKDL.

Fujifilm’s presence at the resort officially began on July 26 with the opening of Hong Kong’s first Duffy-themed merchandise store: “Main Street Cinema: My Journeys with Duffy - Presented by Fujifilm.” Set in the Main Street Cinema inside the park, the store showcases a film featuring Mickey, Duffy & Friends on their many travels around the world together.  Guests will also be able to browse exclusive merchandise and enjoy unique photo moments with Duffy & Friends in a designated photo area. Fujifilm developed themed instant photo printers and photo films featuring Duffy & Friends for the resort and is the presenter of this character greeting experience.

Elles seront probablement remplacées par des animations liées à la saison d'Halloween. Il n'y a pas spécialement beaucoup plus de monde lors de la fête nationale chinoise ...

A noter que HKDL est dans une période de restrictions budgétaire assez flagrante (Restaurants fermés depuis plusieurs mois, temps d’ouverture réduit pour certaines attractions), ce qui peut également justifier ce choix.

Pour info : Paint the Night Parade est suspendue du 4/09 au 1/11 et Flight of Fantasy du 15/09 au 31/10. Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point et Toy Story Land fermeront à 16h30 les 16, 18, 24, 25 et 30 septembre et les 1, 3, 8, et 9 octobre pour des évènements spéciaux (probablement des avants première de la saison d'Halloween pour les Magic Access Card (Passeport Annuel).

Je pars à Hong Kong pendant 7 jours dans un peu plus d'un mois ou je logerais au Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel pendant 6 nuits étant donné que c'est moins cher. Si vous avez des bons plans, je suis preneur.

Surtout prend bien en compte le fait que tu es à environ 40 min du centre de Hong Kong en métro. Le mieux si tu comptes prendre souvent les moyens de transport en commun (Bus, Metro, Tram) c'est de te prendre une carte octopus en arrivant. Elle coute 200 HK Dollars (soit environ 23 EUR) sur les 200 Dollars tu en as 50 pour la carte et le "deposit" (que tu récupères si tu rends la carte en partant) et 150 Dollars de monnaie. Apres ça fonctionne comme une carte de paiement RFID que tu utilises et recharges quand tu es à sec. Par exemple un aller Central <> HKDL tu en as pour 25 Dollars. Tu peux aussi payer dans certains magasins (7 Eleven, Supermarché, ...) et restaurants (Mac Do, ...). Certains kiosques de Disney l'acceptent également.

Si tu as besoin de plus d'infos sur Hong Kong ou Disneyland n'hésite pas a venir en MP et surtout ... Bon Voyage !

Au programme :
- Spectacle avec Mickey et ses amis ! Bien entendu les méchants Disney seront de la partie.
- Rencontre avec Mickey, Minnie et leurs amis dans leur tenue Halloweenesque sur Town Square
- Les méchants Disney vous attendront à Fantasyland
- Pour finir la journée en beauté une nouvelle parade organisée par nos méchants préférés défilera sur le parc.

Même si j'ai vu plusieurs dizaines de fois la Paint The Night en Californie j'étais tellement déçu de voir que la parade était annulé pour l'event, d'autant plus que la Flight Of Fantasy aussi pendant mon prochain séjour. Ces infos font du bien au moral

Disney friends and villains host Disney Halloween Time at Hong Kong Disneyland from Day to Night

It’s almost time for a Halloween party with Mickey and Friends at Hong Kong Disneyland! Their brand-new Halloween costumes are ready and they are looking forward to putting on their all-new splendid garb for the Mickey & Friends Costume Party and Mickey’s Halloween Time Cavalcade and have fun with guests during the day. But the Disney Villains we’ve learned to fear from in classic Disney stories are crashing the party at dusk. Mickey & Friends gear up to host party in all-new Halloween costumes

Mickey and Minnie in their new Halloween outfits in a pumpkin hue and accentuated with a touch of apple green will lead the party with the Disney Friends. The same color theme is carried through in the costumes for Donald and Daisy, Goofy and Pluto, and Chip ‘n’ Dale. Duffy and ShellieMay  perfectly match in their pumpkin-tone tops and hats, and their newest friend Gelatoni the cat artist, will make his Halloween Time debut at the Mickey and Friends Costume Party right in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle and then join in the all-new Mickey’s Halloween Time Cavalcade on Main Street, U.S.A !  

Disney Villains crash the party

Wicked Disney baddies want to make their ominous presence felt during Disney Halloween Time. They will take over the Fantasy Garden and turn it into Villains Gardens to get up close and personal with daring guests at their very own character greeting.

The evil Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians will strike a frightful pose in her statement fur. The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland may shout “off with their heads” to those who come close for a photo.  Captain Hook from Peter Pan threatens all with cruel tricks. Jack and Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas inspire fear in onlookers, and the Big Bad Wolf from Three Little Pigs may huff and puff and blow you out of the garden. So get close to them for a treasured Halloween photo, if you dare.

The daytime fun will end as Disney Villains come out in force to play after the sun goes down. They will appear in Fantasyland, Adventureland and Main Street, U.S.A. The Evil Queen and Jafar, will lead the nighttime spectacular, Villains Night Out!, will scowl from a great height on all who dare to look. The short-tempered Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, and Jack  from The Nightmare Before Christmas, are also joining the devilish procession lineup. Meanwhile, Maleficent will appear on the walls of Sleeping Beauty Castle and morph into a ferocious dragon, determined to claim it as her own.

Ominously, there is only “The Professor” to guide dreamers out of the nightmare.

The resort hosted its first-ever running event this past weekend, the Hong Kong 10K Weekend presented by AIA Vitality. Nearly 9,000 runners participated in the two-day event, which included a Duffy 5K Fun Run, a Mickey & Minnie 3K Family Run and Kids Races in addition to the Mickey 10K Run. The success of the event builds on the popularity of these types of endurance races at Disney theme parks at Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort, which each hosts similar race weekends.
he inaugural Hong Kong event was officiated by secretary for Food and Health of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Dr. Ko Wing-man, who kicked off the 3K race and presented awards to the 10K winners. The races took runners through various lands throughout the park as popular Disney characters, performers, musicians and the Hong Kong Disneyland band entertained them along the way. And it was all for a good cause as a portion of the proceeds from the race will go to the Children’s Cancer Foundation. The run was also eco-friendly! Local environmental groups helped recycle waste, such as banana peels and water bottles, and worked to make it an entirely carbon-neutral event.

From now till October 31, Disney Halloween Time will be in full swing, bringing wicked fun during the day and spine-tingling thrills in the evening, the “Double the Fun” special offer for Hong Kong residents entitles guests to two park visits for a full experience of Disney Halloween Time, as well as a glimpse of Christmas magic in the run-up to the year-end festive season.

Party time with Mickey and Friends for younglings and families

Main Street, U.S.A. is all decked out with a giant Mickey Mouse Pumpkin at Town Square and carved pumpkins in various locations. The reigning King and Queen of Disney Halloween Time, Mickey and Minnie, and their friends look sharp in their newly tailored Halloween costumes. Duffy’s newest friend, Gelatoni the cat artist, is also making his Halloween debut at Hong Kong Disneyland. They are awaiting to share hugs and snaps with guests on Main Street, U.S.A.

Young guests dressed for the occasion might have chance to join Mickey and Friends in the daily Mickey & Friends Costume Party. Cast members on Main Street, U.S.A. will invite 16 to 20 children in their finest Halloween costumes to join Mickey and his pals in the costume party every day. The party hosts will introduce everyone to the Halloween Time theme song and all the key dance steps as they show off their costumes alongside Mickey and Friends in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. And just when they think things couldn’t get any more fun, they will be invited to play a part in Mickey’s Halloween Time Cavalcade later in the day.

Disney villains turn park upside down after dark

As dusk falls, villains from 24 Disney stories crash the party and take over the park, casting spells over the nighttime spectacular and in Fantasy Gardens. A spooky professor will also lead guests on a nightmarish journey in the Pavilion through the darker realms of Disney Stories.

The Evil Queen and Jafar have hijacked the nighttime spectacular, will lead the nighttime cavalcade Villains Night Out! while scowling down from a great height on all who dare to look. The short-tempered Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, and Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas, are also joining the devilish procession, fascinating the crowd with songs dancing and visual projections. Announcing her arrival with her blood-curdling evil laugh, Maleficent appears on the walls of the Castle and morphs into a ferocious dragon, breathing real fire as she crashes through the walls to lunge for the crowds.

The Pavilion is commandeered for The Nightmare Experiment and turned into a mind-bending dreamscape of laboratory, tunnel and labyrinth leading to the dark realm of The Princess & The Frog, the jail of Pirates of the Caribbean, the mutant toys box of Toy Story and Mad Hatter’s lunatic asylum in Alice in Wonderland. Fantasy Gardens is no more during Disney Halloween Time. Wicked Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians and other frightful baddies have taken it over and made it Villains Garden. Mickey and Minnie, together with Goofy will spread Halloween cheers and lead the Cavalcade from atop three giant Jack-o-lantern whirlies. Their friends Donald and Daisy, Pluto, Chip and Dale, Duffy and ShellieMay as well as Gelatoni the cat artist, will form a festive entourage with the parade performers. And for the grand finale, young participants of Mickey & Friends Costume Party, in their creative costumes, will complete the entourage, bring to all a fun-filled day-time Halloween fanfare.

Awe-inspiring Halloween treats abound

Plenty of Halloween treats are to be found among the all-new Halloween Time souvenirs, available for a limited time only. Park stores will offer over 100 different kinds of Halloween Time souvenirs, including plush toys, accessories, apparel, stationery and home décor. Don’t miss the awesome new Halloween Time Tsum Tsum collectibles that include a new Gelatoni in the Duffy and Friends’ assortment as well as a brand-new bewitching Tsum Tsum.

Settle down in between screaming fun to enjoy the Halloween special menus and tea sets as well as themed pastries and concoctions. Andrew Kam, l'ancien directeur général de Hong Kong Disneyland remplacé de manière soudaine en mars dernier par Samuel Lau suite aux mauvais résulats du resort, rejoint Dalian Wanda Group Co Ltd du richissime Wang Jianlin.

Andrew Kam, nommé vice president de Wanda Cultural Industry Group, est dorénavant en charge du développement de l'activité des parcs à thème du groupe chinois.

Hong Kong Disneyland n'a pas ouvert ses portes ce matin en raison du Typhon Haima qui s'approche de la ville. Le signal d'alerte de niveau 8 a en effet été émis ce matin vers 6h heure locale et devrait se maintenir au moins jusqu'en fin de journée. Le parc restera fermé jusqu'à la fin de cette alerte.

La compagnie hongkongaise Star Ferry qui commercialise des traversées à travers Victoria Harbour a acquis le World Star pour opérer une nouvelle route entre Kowloon et Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Une fois sa rénovation achevée, le ferry-boat reliera quotidiennement Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier à Disneyland Resort Pier à partir de 180 dollars de Hong Kong (aller-retour le même jour).

La durée de la traversée sera d'environ 45 minutes.

Ce nouveau service à l'attention des touristes devrait débuter à la fin du mois ou au début décembre.
